Sanur may not be the first destination that comes to mind when thinking of Bali, but it has a lot to offer. Sanur features swimmable beaches, a strong sense of local community and culture, and is ideal for a more peaceful visit. So, where should you stay in Sanur? Here’s our lodging guide for Sanur to help you decide.
Where To Stay In Sanur? Sanur Area Guide
Sanur lies on Bali’s east coast, north of Nusa Dua and south of Candidasa. Many Sanur lodging options are located along or near the beach. Some, however, are located further inland.
So, where should you stay in Sanur? When staying in Sanur, I believe it is critical to stay either on or near the beach. Some Sanur lodging alternatives are positioned further away from the beach on the other side of the highway, which I believe would detract significantly from the Sanur experience.
